After I finished talking I continued filming as I enjoyed the Westchester County sunset with Martha. If you like, you can enjoy it along with me.

“Daily Walk”
3 miles ‘ever day’.
My beautiful wife was a little chilled so she wore a jacket. It was 62 degrees (up from 56 overnight) when we walked out the door.
High today will be 77.
“Butcher’s Snack?”
I’ve explained this before.
A ‘butcher’s snack’, is a piece of meat cut from the end of a primal beef cut, in order to square the ends.
The weight and size vary, and can’t be sold. So the butcher will cook it up for lunch.
