Thank you for reminding me. I wanted to talk about our post-show hangout in Memphis and here it is:
“The temerity!”
“I would like the 12oz Prime Rib, no sides, and the salmon no sides.”
“What?!?”
“On a plate, Prime Rib” holding a hand up, “and salmon” holding up my other hand, beside the first .
“On one plate, no sides”
“No sides?”
“Correct”
“How do you want your Prime Rib?”
“If it’s still ‘mooing’, that’s OK…”
Then he brought me a gray piece of meat and a piece of Salmon.
“Really, to you, this piece of meat is rare?”
He immediately took it back and brought me another.
I then ordered more salmon.
I was hungry…

On the Columbia River.
We arose at 0500 to get in our daily 3 mile walk.
This morning along the Columbia River.
The sprinklers were out, so we had a grand time dodging them.
