Landman Season 3 will drop soon.
If you’ve not seen it, it is worth the trouble.
It’s about a man whom is a ‘Landman’ in the oil industry in Texas.
A ‘Landman’ finds the land on which to drill, procures the leases, and manages to drilling operations.
Here is a viral speech ‘Tommy’ gives to his lawyer one day as they are looking at some potential land.

A Baby, and heading out.
We are headed to Las Cruces NM today, 387 miles. We’ve to ‘pick em up, and put them down’ as we are enroute to @KevinProudTexan ‘s slice of paradise. It should take us 4 days at 300 miles a day. That’s at least 5 hours of seat time.
My formerly expansive derrière is going to be wore out by the time we get to Kevin’s place.
