Regarding algae in the reflecting pool: I read that someone dumped fertilizer in the reflecting pool, and that has caused there to be an explosion of algae growth.
Regarding the lining of the pool to be peeling: I read that an ABC reporter was found to be peeling (vandalizing) the lining.
People can't appreciate the improvements and are looking for ways to make Trump look bad.
