You can see I got in eight minutes early for my 10 o’clock appointment. Roger called me into his office and we discussed show business and comedy in the 60s and 70s when Roger was booking talent for the Mike Douglas Show.
It was such a relaxed meeting I almost forgot why I was there, and at the end he said “well, you got the job.”
