OK here's what I hope will be an interesting one... I was a bit late with the podcast this week, but you guys still get it first here on locals. I guess you could call this one "How to Write a TV Monologue." I explain the concept in the intro, so that's all the explanation you need.
This is the gag that I've been doing at the end of my show- it's different every time because I'm working it with local guys. But these guys had to be the best so far- with no rehearsal they pulled off the "heckling barbershoppers" routine. And their singing was great too. Have a look.
Was at your show last afternoon in Sugar Land with Greg. Fantastic, loved your performance and others and Greg's part was great with the slide show and the history. Your routine about the old commercials and how the people our age survived all of that era. It reminded me, being a "parrot head" of one of Jimmy's songs that is about "we are the people are parents warned us about". Truly enjoyed the afternoon, Thanks and keep up the good work.
